It is my goal as your full service real estate broker and attorney at law licensed to practice in Nebraska and Iowa and specializing in the Omaha, Lincoln, Fremont, Glenwood, and Council Bluffs areas, to provide you with superior service at all times. After obtaining 3 college degrees and having 19 years of experience in the areas of banking, mortgage, law and real estate, I know what it takes to represent clients effectively and negotiate the deal you deserve. Selling a home? My real estate expertise and many effective marketing programs will give you the exposure and edge you need to sell your home quickly for top dollar. In addition, 6, 7, or 8% is just too high of a price to sell your home. Not only do most agents charge too much to sell your home, there is no flexibility built into their plans. Under my commission plan, you only pay 1% if I list your property and you find a verified buyer on your own (and I will handle all of the paperwork), 2.9% if I list your property and find the buyer myself, and 4.9% if I list your property and another agent is involved in the transaction. Buying a home? I look forward to helping you select the home of your dreams by taking time to listen to your needs and desires. Since I am compensated from the commission paid by the Seller, there will be no cost to you for my services as your buyer's agent. As an added bonus, I will rebate you $250 - $5,000 of my commission to you depending on the purchase price of your home. Building a Home? After dealing with many construction projects (and associated disputes), I can easily say that clients need a broker with legal training more in building situations than any other. Folks that want to build make the mistake thinking that this is a "different situation" that does not require representation. They could not be more wrong because they end up with no representation since the Selling Agent represents the Builder, and of course the Builder has their own interests at heart. It is imperative that you have someone fighting for you, and the best part is that you will not pay for my assistance and bonuses set forth in the previous paragraph will apply.
